Today’s topic that I believe will be helpful (it certainly helps me) is when people come to me and ask, “What should I work on first, Ros?” or “What do I need to focus on?” What I want to convey is that within your unique situation, the divine will bring forth specific circumstances that require your attention. You don’t need to worry about what to prioritise or where to start. The situation that needs your focus will present itself at your feet.

Once it’s in front of you, apply new ways of living to address it. This involves a different approach, avoiding panic, and recognising that this situation is meant for your growth. Embrace it in a healthy manner, whether it involves family matters or business situations.

Avoid excessive worrying about hypotheticals. Instead, focus on what’s right in front of you. This approach builds the muscle for dealing with other aspects of life. As codependents, we tend to either fall into depression or fantasy. The key is to come back to the middle, taking it one day at a time. This process might take time, but learning to be comfortable with subtle changes is essential.

It’s crucial to acknowledge the small positive changes, no matter how minor. These shifts, like the redirections Lynn is making in her life, contribute to a sense of well-being. For instance, Lynn shared a photo of the healthy muffins she recently made. Making changes, regardless of size, fosters a positive self-image.

To summarise, focus on what’s specific to your life, aligning your spine and mind with the divine, whatever you may call it (God, higher intelligence). Trust that the divine will deliver the situations you need when you’re ready. Embrace these opportunities for growth, stretch and evolve through them, extracting the juice of experience. This process continues throughout our lives until we leave the planet. Thank you for listening, and I hope this information proves helpful.
