Hi everyone, it’s Roslyn. I’m tuning in tonight from Surfers Paradise. The title of this is “What do you do for fun?” One of the things I love doing is going to music concerts. So tonight, I’m at the Art Center, and you might see the sound shell in the background. It’s an open-air concert featuring the Soto choir from Africa. Additionally, we have two hours of a DJ playing sounds through the ages of Ministry of Sound. I love coming to these events, something I prioritise for my emotional well-being. It is important for codependency recovery.

I purposely haven’t started dancing to the music yet, but music is the only thing that stimulates every area of your brain. So, it’s good to be in this environment with the people I love, have a little dance, and sing. It’s so good. As you can see, this is the open-air sound shell at the Art Center in Surface Paradise, Queensland. Okay, thanks, and if you’d like to share in the comments what you enjoy doing for fun, please do. I often talk to my clients about the importance of having more fun in our lives, especially when we isolate ourselves, and life becomes overwhelming. It’s essential to keep having fun. Thanks!
