Co-dependence can
manifest in many forms.
Co-dependence is fatal
and insidiously
predisposes us to these
other illnesses.

Who is Roslyn Saunders?

Roslyn is a co-dependence recovery coach who has first hand experience of dealing with addiction, in herself, her children, and her family.

Having faced the legacy of her primary family’s debilitating addictions, Roslyn was then challenged with the drug and alcohol addictions which emerged in her now adult children.

What Roslyn will now tell you is her deep gratitude for this experience, which afforded her the insights and wisdom to address
co-dependent behaviour in herself.

As a result of this lifetime’s experience, Roslyn has developed a thorough ‘daily deliberate action plan’ and with a program and network of support, she has navigated the tricky road to recovery.  Now with the benefit of a lifetime’s experience, she is now inspiring greatness in others who are navigating a pathway to recovery.

Success Story

How do I begin to thank someone who saved my life? Ros has been amazing helping me through my journey, which is ongoing. I was fortunate to reconnect with Ros while I was really struggling with an extremely difficult life situation. Her knowledge, compassion and understanding have been absolutely key to helping me on a pathway to recovery. I have a long way to go but I know with Ros’ help I can do it. What I am most grateful for is that through my work with her I’m not only saving myself; I’m helping my children also. When you’re ready to seek help I highly recommend working with Ros. She’s fantastic.
